She smiled at Dag before she excused herself to go upstairs, making sure that he didn't drown himself in port. Without knocking, she just stepped in, heading over to sit in the chair across from him. "It's going to take time, you know. Neither one of you are going to just get over the pain and hurt the first time you see one another..." She let out a soft breath before she picked up the bag of marshmellows she had brought up with her and pulled one out, handing it to him with a sparkling gaze that spoke of sympathy and genuine care for this stranger that she hardly knew.
