He felt like it was all his fault.. the mere idea that she blamed him made it true. When Addie entered the room he didn't move, not until she was sitting across from him, then he shifted a little bit to look over at her through sorrow filled green eyes.) I can handle the pain and hurt, Addie. I can't handle knowing that I shattered her illusions about love and trust.. (He shook his head, watching her with a surprised sort of appreciation.) Thanks. (He murmured, knowing how she guared the bag with her life. He looked at the marshmellow for a moment before smiling a bit in a rueful manner, popping the treat into his mouth and leaning his head back against the wall again as he contemplated things. It was all just wearing on him and he was feeling like just going to bed forever at the moment.)

The way he was feeling at the moment, any more rejection would shatter him completely.. he had very little left to give and his self-esteem was shot. He nodded as she commented on Haylie's beauty.)
