Nell was already out the door to tell everyone the baby was a healthy girl and the mam was doing just fine when Jailynn finally got to hold the tiny, red, wrinkly infant. She sniffed a little, smiling as she trailed her fingers over the thatch of soft, dark, almost black hair at the top of the babe's head, a smile tilting her lips before she looked up to her Dare. "She's all wrinkly..." She stated absently before she looked back down at the baby, her hand trailing over the bairns nose and down her cheeks, marvelling at her. "Look how little she is Dare...so tiny..." She looked back up at him, reaching up to press her lips to his and lingering there in a heartfelt kiss for a long moment before she looked back down at their daughter. "She needs a name..." The doctor smiled, finishing up with Jailynn without her even noticing before he spoke. "She also needs to eat." He told her before saying that he would go out in the hall to give them some privacy and be back in a little while to check on them. She let Dare help her unbutton her top before she shifted, her brow furrowed as she tried to figure out exactly how to get everything but the baby seemed to know instinctively what to do and started nursing immediatly.
