(She averted her gaze from him and leaned back against the headboard, drawing her knees up and hugging them to her chest. She didn't look at him until his voice changed, almost demanding that she look.. and his expression twisted her insides.. she had hurt this man deeply, and it broke something in her. She flinched as tears silently flowed down her cheeks, trying to save face was impossible when your heart was breaking and your world was shattering.. she wondered to herself if they had ever been truly happy together and if this was just a fight that would eventually leave them both fatally wounded. His final words struck her in the heart and had her reeling.. she had never thought about how intimate it was to call a man like Skeeter by his real name.. and now se was being shoved back from that.. and it hurt, bad. Her breathing hitched as she cried quietly, feeling stung enough to fight back.) Yeah, well if you walk out now... you'll be making the same mistake I did... and let me tell you... it feels like shit. (She said through her tears, her tone thick with emotion, her arms crossed around her knees.)
