He already felt a connection to her, had really felt it the night before when they'd been sitting together on the sofa.. but he had thought it was merely amplified by the alcohol.. but sitting here now with her he was feeling the same protective and tender emotions he had the night before.. like he had known her all his life and becoming her husband was natural.) You're beautiful, you know that? (He said as though it was just a thought to express, and really no big thing to say to her.)
