(He had tipped his head to the side a little and let his eyes blank out a bit, just content and relaxed holding her there and sharing a quiet moment with her. It was odd just how comfortable and attached he felt to a woman he had just met.. he was more of a solitary man, tended to run with his own interests in mind.. girls were often so dramatic that he got annoyed real quick. But for some reason, with Mairah, he felt compelled to be a part of whatever drama she might have to cook up for him. He made a soft sound low in his throat in response to her statement and turned his head to kiss the top of her head.) Aye.. I am. (He replied, not about to argue the fact.. he was well over six foot and closing in on half way to seven, broad of shoulder and corded with muscle, all of it just part of him that he had become used to. And beside him was this wee woman who needed a man like him to protect her.. to provide her with hearth and home, a family and love.. she needed to have whatever her heart desired and a braw man like him could provide that for her.)
