He let out a low breath, his voice soft when he spoke. "I just got the alert from the car and then I got there and there was blood and you were gone..." He shook his head, letting out a soft breath. "I know you can take care of yourself probably better then I could take care of you...but it doesn't stop me from wanting to try." He stated quietly, keeping his eyes on the road as he navigated back to the condo. He would worry about the car later...well not so much worry as mourn deeply as one would a best friend who had moved away but that was beyond the point at the moment. "I'm just glad your alright." He stated, finally glancing over at her for a brief moment before looking back to the road. He shifted in his seat a little before leaning down to turn on the sirius radio, flipping to a channel that played some smooth jazz - he needed music to soothe his soul when he got agitated or stressed, nothing else quite did it but some quiet, calming music.
