Subject: (He had been pretty confident when the race started, and had gotten into position with a smirk and a slow nod. He had known just about halfway across the pool that he was a goner, by the way his relaxed and tired muscles protested to the sudden workout. Any other day he was a powerhouse in the pool, and it sort of irritated him as he brought himself up at the edge of the pool with a hand on the stone edge. He eyed her with a rueful smirk as she teased him, then he raised his hand to put his palm over the top of her head.) Nine is fine. (He said just before pushing her head under the water with a laugh, paying her back for gloating.)

  • She sputtered as she came back up, kicking away from the edge of the pool and running her hand over her face, laughing lightly as she dived under water and swam a few more feet away from him, shaking her head. "Your a sore loser, you know that Agent Sutherland?" She questioned with a grin, watching him as she treaded water. "I was going to let you kiss me anyways, just cuz I am a nice winner like that and then you had to go and be mean." She shook her head, tsk'ing lightly as she shrugged with a low exhale. "That'll teach you to not be so grumpy when someone is better then you." She grinned, diving back under the water and swimming back to the swallow water before she stood up and smirked at him from the opposite end of the pool, taking her hair down from where it was loose and letting it fall damply around her shoulders.
