(The sudden peace inside his head was almost frightening.. it was as though a million voices had suddenly become aware of the elephant in the room and where too shocked to speak. He was nervous, incredibly overwhelmed with her news.. and it took a moment for his emotions to kickstart. His leg might be holding him back, but his arms were just fine, so he shifted his arms around her until his hands were at her waist, then he lifted her up and draped her over his body like a little Shay blanket. Both of his hands came up to frame her face then, and for a moment he just looked at her in that quietly assessing way he had, as though he were reading a fortune. Then he let out a softly emotional sound, a mewling, and his arms swept around her, holding her close to his strong chest.) Shay.. you overwhelm me.. (He admitted, one of the rare times when he did do so. His hand moved over her back, as though by touching her he could soothe himself. His head lifted a bit and he captured her lips, drawing her closer as he lowered his head back down, tempting her to follow him as he kissed her thoroughly. His tongue swept over her lower lip and he made a soft sound in his throat, that same mewling only filled with passion. He wanted to cry, shout and dance all at the same time.) I love you, my sweet baby Shay.. (He murmured against her lips, his eyes drooping a little as he tipped his head and kissed her again, his heart racing under her as he toyed with the excitement inside him.)
