Seu depoimento é bem ilucidativo de detalhes de um letramento digital nos quais as vezes nem prestamos atenção.

No caso do e-mail, trabalhar com a netiqueta é essencial. Quantas vezes recebemos uma resposta sem o contexto, muito tempo depois, e a gente nem sabe mais a que se refere? Ou então, a gente muda o tópico e mas não muda o tema na linha do assunto, ou, ainda, reproduz uma série de e-mails sem a menor necessidade dificultando a leitura. Existem ainda aqueles e-mails quem vem dentro de outro que vem dentro de outro até chegar em uma piada que você já conhece.

Existe toda uma parte que não é só de redação, mas de gerenciamento da tecnologia essencial no letramento digital.
