Well first the union concept is for the majority not the minority. Second as you and I, everyone pays dues if they are an active member and the protection of union is for all meaning equal pay for equal person. Lastly if the line staff or shall I say union rank and file decided to divide by title then those of us who doesn't work for the CTU would have to stand for their demand last year when they felt they should be payed a higher grade because they are considered speicality. Do you support that? then guess what = for ALL......

It's that simple
