We will always have racists on both sides of the coin that make up a small percentage of a race of people. To have that reflect on the larger percentage of that race is pretty much a stereo type. People who are racist stand out more because they anger people and I think that feeling leaves a bad taste in the mouth of anyone they offend with it. So people group everyone of that race into one group and believe them to all be the same. One thing we learn being Corrections Officers is that people are people. Some are good, some are bad, some are racist and they come in all colors, shapes and forms. Sometimes other thing get mistaken for being racist to overly sensitive people. Good article above thanks for posting, it makes you think and realize that we may be heading in a good direction.
