Natália,
também tenho essa experiência de atividades com tarefas em cursinho. Relamente trabalhar com grupos pequenos é mais tranquilo e o professor consegue acompanhar mais de perto as atividades propostas.
E acredito que no nosso caso um projeto interdisciplinar é pouco provável. Mas de certa forma a interdisciplinariedade está presente quando trabalhamos conteúdos de diversas disciplinas quando ensinamos LE.
