In an editorial board like PBKT, a moderator also leads his group of writers to create a common theme or a unified cause in a forum. If a moderator desires a forum of purely beauty pageant-related issues, then the members deliver them. If the former wants a forum with bits-and-bobs of pop culture other than beauty pageants, then the latter follows suit.
