另外題外話......
我而家膝關節都會痛..
加上腰椎有骨刺問題...成日都覺得關節好緊，又好易O拍O拍聲

市面上賣果d Glucosamine / 軟骨素 /"七海健骼"魚油 聽講可以修補關節軟骨
會唔會對我有幫助?
就咁買O黎食會唔會有問題或者副作用呢?
