你話你關節痛﹐可能係骨質性關節炎(有冇照膝關節X-光)?
腰椎骨刺--->29歲女應該唔會有﹐你懷疑定被診斷出有?
O拍O拍聲--->有時係正常

glucosamine係關節潤滑液其中一種組成物o既前驅者﹐至於是否有用醫學界仲係眾說紛紜...不過如果覺得有效不妨一試(照說明書服用唔會有副作用)。至於妳話你關節痛﹐一定要照關節X-光睇下有否degenerative changes...尤其係妳話你有脊椎骨刺﹐妳個年紀係十分罕見(除非有遺傳/意外/感染(如之前有結核菌上脊椎/骨頭本身有受感染)令到脊椎關節出問題﹐如果唔係一般到40歲之前都唔應該有。希望妳搵醫生詳細check清楚(可能要照CT/MRI)。
