如果妳怕應該同醫生講。頭痛可以係好普通情況(>50%頭痛成因不明/不明顯)﹐情緒﹑天氣﹑女性月經週期等因素亦可以影響到﹐所以就咁講好難答妳。

如果有問題/情況冇改善/變嚴重應該下次問醫生。佢會專介你去專科。
