你食黎主要係止痛定退燒定點?

如果照醫生吩咐服用唔會有事。只要肝功能健全(是否乙肝帶菌無關﹐肝功能健全就可以)正常黎講一日上限係4000mg=4g即500mg一粒一日最多可以服用8粒)不過一般黎講500mg 4粒已經好夠。

如果止痛方面acetaminophen無效則可以改用opioid類藥(如Tramadol/Zydol)﹐不過後生最好唔好用因為opioid係後生仔度好快會有tolerance問題。其他可以考慮係NSAID但其止痛功效無acetaminophen好(消炎功效則勝之)。而且NSAID亦會引致胃出血同影響腎､肝功能同誘發哮喘等問題....所以好睇你用黎食乜用。
