Subject: Oily head.

I have got an oily head.
When I was abt 17-19, I got a lot of spot (acne) on my face. I visited the doctor for a couple of times but they were still there. Then I had my hair cut and my problem was sorted. However, there were some inside my hair and migrated to the back of my head.
Now they all hide in my hair and the skill is fairly oily.
It's got spots inside as well.
They are a bit itchy and appear like acne when I tried to "press" them, there is some white stuff come out.

I wonder if this is related to my hair loss or not.
And how should I treat this problem?
