遊走性關節炎, 從字面上來看, 指的是一種以跑來跑去, 非固定一個地方的關節發炎為其主要的臨床表現. 其實正確的名稱應該是”游走性風濕(Polindromic Rheumatism)’遊走性風濕的診斷, 並不是靠抽血或是照片子就可以診斷. 最主要還是要看病患的臨床表徵, 是否有反覆性, 游走性的關節酸痛或關節炎, 再加上一定要排除其他所有可能的疾病, 如僵直性脊椎炎, 乾癬性關節炎, 反應性關節炎, 與腸胃道發炎相關之關節炎, 類風濕性關節炎, 貝塞氏症候群(Behcet’s syndrome) 等, 才可以診斷為遊走性風濕. 也因為如此, 所以有人也開玩笑的稱這個診斷, 像個垃圾桶一樣, 因為找不到其他可以用的診斷, 才丟到這個診斷來.遊走性風濕有時候是某些疾病: 如類風濕性關節炎, 反應性關節炎, 僵直性脊椎炎等疾病的初期症狀. 從遊走性風濕發展到這些疾病典型症狀的時間, 可從數個月到數十年之久, 也有可能一輩子都只有像遊走性關節炎的症狀. 而一般治療則是以簡單的止痛藥為主, 當有症狀的時候服用, 若沒有症狀則可以不必吃藥. 一但症狀有任何的變化, 別忘了要回到風濕免疫專科醫師那裡繼續追蹤治療!中國醫藥大學附設醫院 風濕免疫科 霍安平醫師

I have to do a thorough history and physical examination on you (+ all necessary labs and blood tests) to help determine what rheumatological problem you have (if any). I am not a specialist in rheumatology and have not seen or heard of "Polindromic Rheumatism"...

I don't know where you live... you can ask your doctor to refer you to specialists in Rheumatology and connective tissue disease, they are the doctors who know this field best.
