Subject: 維他命幾時食?

醫生醫生 ...
本人在之前講過好易流汗,但為了操體能而要經常去跑步。
那我應該每次跑步後都飲『保礦力』之類的補充品?但之前新聞說常飲會傷肝定腎 ..... 應如果決揀?還是有其他代替品!
還有本人有食維他命丸的習慣,但聽朋友說是在起床後食(朝早),但有些又說在睡前(夜晚)食,到底在何時食對身體最好?
