Now, before these new houses were built, was not the land surveyed and permits given? Did they not know then that there was a gravity problem? Did the developer put this in his plans? Why is not the developer held accountable for this, since he built the houses? Or am I way off here, because it is another issue? I really know nothing about grinder pumps. I don't even have a garbage disposal.

Why is it that, every time a developer is issued permits and "signed off" after his house is built, the owner gets the crap left over? (no pun intended). I am one of those, that got a cheap-built, signed off on house by a well known scumbag builder that everyone knew was scummy but signed off on him anyway. I got stuck with his mistakes. He claimed bankruptcy and opened his business in another name, in someone ELSE'S name.

Maybe I am wrong on the grinder issue, but I don't see why the ones living in that area are being penalized, when the developer and town knew about the issue and let the houses be built anyway. Just my opinion...don't go off on me. I have a personal issue with a developer, and what the town said was right back then..now saying it is wrong.

Don't yell at me now. I am the sensitive type. Just giving my point of view.
