OH MY GOD! Hang on to the cow�s folks. Another company is looking at the good ole Nickel Hill site for a possible noise polluting, neighbor disturbing, environmental damaging, property devaluating, Selectmen smiling, urban killer power plant. Oh how the kids at the Cambell School are going to be so lucky. Better yet, let�s close it down and spend more money to build another school over at the DR. D complex. Just think, we will be able to save money if we purchase the building materials in NH. I think the complex is close enough to the NH line. While we are there, let�s not forget to pick up a six-pack, it cost too much at the mom and pop stores of Dracut. Just imagine if CG got her wish. Let�s not forget Ed. He�ll be returning to the forum to defend the power plant from good ole yankeeville. Get your gloves on Ed; round TWO is about to begin. DING DING.

Oh but in the same area, Glen Edwards is concerned about the gas line replacing that is going on. No problem, we can just expand the width of the pipes and have it forced into a smaller one that goes under the river. Yet, the people of Dracut that should have been concerned with this replacement did not show up at the meeting. HELLO! GET OFF THE POTATO HOLDER AND GET INVOLVED! Good call Glen.

Yes, finally a parking area at the softball fields. They made a walkway on the side of the construction site that will take you to and from the parking lot. Better yet, they through a cop in there to perform traffic duty at the crosswalk. Never had it before. Why spend the money now?

Sorry I missed the fireworks on the 3rd. I heard they were great. I was in Cow Hampshire on vacation sucking up all the clean air. Enjoying the lake and the scenery that surrounded me. There is always August!

Don�t forget. Jimmy Buffet style band at the Gazebo coming up. I can�t wait! Break out the parrot head wear!
