Subject: New Town Counsel

Looks like we will be getting our new Town Counsel this Tuesday night. The area developers should be pretty happy. Atty.Hall is a nice guy, but isn't he the sam Atty. Jim Hall who was in partnership with one of our largest town developers some years ago? They must figure that he is the best of a poor lot, at least not as much on the job training as Atty. Donahue would need. I see where Wilmington is going thru the same search but is looking at outside firms void of intimidating outside pressures. But then again, this is Dracut. What a costly mistake this could be.It will be a "penny wise and pound foolish" decision.
