Water Drought??!!We've had the most snow and water in my memory.In addition the snow from up north is still melting.We also have had floods in this area several times this season and we are talking about conserving water?I would ask our water officals to look into this I think someone from Lowell may be stealing the water!!Chas.from Dracut
