Hello Dennis, sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner!

1.Yes!I do care about the many people who are dying in
this country due to the filthy coal-oil fired plants
refered to as the filthy fourteen. If you must know
I have lost six family members to cancer one being an
uncle who died from being subjected to Agent Orange
in Vietnam,he was forty-six with 5 kids.Three other
losses were family members brought up next to a waste
incinerator in the Cambridge projects.I guess that I
am very much on guard due to these doses of reality.
Dennis,I'm sure that when these killer plants where
located near working class families they felt fearful
as well and were assured by an expert that no harm would
come to them. Also I would feel better if there was a
GUARANTEE that these plants to cease to exist Now!!!
But you and I both know that this won't happen until
they cease to be competitive and at this point it doesn't
appear to be happening with natural gas prices at all
time highs.

I am not convinced that the combination of particulates
from Brox combined with the SCR technology that Nickel
Hill will be using that requires the use of millions of
pounds of ammonia per year and generates thousands of
pounds of emmisions of ammonia and fine particulate
matter will not aggravate respiratory problems etc.
I don't profess to be an expert but for obvious reasons
I'm trying to learn all I can!!!
Dennis, there is a new air pollution technology called
SCONOX which guarantees lower nitrogen oxide emmisions
and is now available.SCONOX uses no ammonia and does
not generate emissions of fine particulate matter.

It would be more expensive for Nickel Hill but the
families here at ground level still deserve the very
cleanest,safest technology on the market today.And I
hope you agree!!

As for my stupidity for buying a home in this area
well, talk to Ed Valis he and I already saw that movie.
As an in experienced home buyer I have no problem with
admitting to any mistakes I've made and just so you know
my neighbor went through Century 21 as well and the
proposed plant info was not disclosed to her either and
she has purchased property before.Maybe,anticipating
the joy of living next to a power plant is just not
on the"ROOKIES TOP TEN LIST OF WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR"
when buying a home.By the way the people who have lived
on this street from 11 years on never saw this coming.Ï
