(He grinned at the way Braden never failed to notice, or point out, minute details about his appearance or things he slipped up about in conversations.. in a way it was a ribbing ritual that he was used to and owuld have been shocked to be treated otherwise.) It's call gel, my friend.. and if you had hair you might look into it. (He hated that sloppy just flopped out of bed look.. or had started to one morning when Haylie had commented on the fact that if he was going out that way she was walking twenty feet behind him and not talking to him. Not that it was a big change for him, getting his hair trimmed every couple months and running a handful of gel through his locks gave him that sexy, rumpled look that women loved and it wasn't but a couple seocnds out of his day. Okay.. if he was still trying to talk himself into it, maybe he needed to get over himself.) Nightmares? Yea.. who doesnt. (He said back, looking over at Braden for a second. Nightmare's didn't make you call your partner at three in the morning for company.) You wouldn't have called me over a nightmare, B. I do seem to recall that I had a few night terrors after I was captured a couple years back.. that shit will play with your mind.
