I really agreed with your closing arguements.

IF we could get hold of the heavy duty garbage bags for distribution, where should the pick-up spots be for them?

The city is so good at imposing fines. Bless their hearts. The problem is, and you are right, they don't follow thru and collect on them !

You are also right in saying DPW is not totally responsible. We ALL live here !

Please get back to me on your suggestion for the garbage bags.
