They dissipate after state to allow girls a chance to compete in their locals the following season. That's how Catherine Watters and Brittney Henry held a title for Kris 2 years in a row. If girls had to keep their titles for these pageants until they crowned their successors they would lose an entire year of eligibility. A lot of states have dissipating titles for most of their pageants, it's not an uncommon practice. No rules are being broken. Stop trying to stir up trouble. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
