Whoever says Kimball has no shot at winning, doesn't know Kimball very well. Enough said.

Janae has the most experience as Miss Tri-Cities Outstanding Teen then Miss Washington Outstanding Teen and now Miss Tri-Cities. Three years, back-to-back-to-back as a titleholder, gives her the most experience as a local and state titleholder. She's well trained just as Taylor was well trained as Miss Tri-Cities Outstanding Teen then Miss Sun Valley and now Miss Washington's Outstanding Teen.

It also doesn't hurt that the Tri-Cities girls are all friends with the state directors but lets face it, Tri-Cities girls have the best pageant system in place that's training their girls to win.

I hear what you're saying. Kimball could get 1st or 2nd runner up, and then, come back next year to take the crown...that is IF Hannah dosen't come back, tho
