Considering that the Cooper girl was in the Top 3, I can't imagine Nicole not doing as well. This girl has been raised to compete for that title since she was little. From being a Pinecone Princess when she was a little girl all the way up to Miss Washington's Outstanding Teen and then into the teen pageants. She's also won Distinguished Young Woman of America 2013 (America's Junior Miss) and other national titles through other pageants.

I will say she has a very good shot at becoming Miss America 2017.
