Miss Yakima County Org. Announced they will be adding a new title if they get at least 8 open contestants, Miss Sunfair Parade! With this title and Thurston County coming back this year, I think that puts 22 contestants. I hope they get enough girls, I'd love to see Miss WA numbers rise!

Any clue if someone might be taking over Moses Lake? Maybe dedicate it to Kris...

I'd like to see more titles on the east side. Pullman, Walla Walla, and one from the north central area Okanogan or something. A port Angeles title or something in that area too. Just have the whole state represented more, would be awesome!

I'm pretty sure both East King and Moses Lake will not be back. From what I understand, Seattle added Emerald City in place of East King and Moses Lake will probably not be taken by a new director since it was Kris' program.

Pullman girls could do Miss Spokane, Tri Cities, or the open titles. Walla Walla could probably as well. I know Thurston County and East Cascades invite girls that live in bordering counties that do not have a local title attached, and they also have the opportunity for Open titles. Port Angeles would fall into West Sound I'm assuming since they had a former teen from Chimacum.
