of course a person can love more than one state. but that's not the point. she's really shirking on her WA responsibilities. has nothing to do with loving CA. she's got responsibilities here.

Also based on how I've observed her in person interacting with past contestants and fans (both before and after Miss WA), she's really not even close to the best Miss WA. She can be really rude and stand-offish. she's only not rude when you can help her in some way
