She had a 2017 title in NM but had to give it up because she moved here. Because she is an open titleholder here and purchased ot, the rule is she must be living in WA for 6 months by the state competition since she didn't compete for her local, which she will have accomplished. She meets all residency requirements.

I looked at the contract and it says: 2.3.1 "If this competition is a state competition and I am competing as an at-large contestant, I must have been a resident of that state for at least six (6) months prior to the first day of the State competition "

And I believe she will have 6 months residency the first day of the state competition, which isn't until next month. I'm sure the Miss WA board knows and is aware of how long she has lived here, and she is fine
