 It's between Renard and Smith for the win, but I have given up predicting the winner at Miss WA (Cooper's win was not surprising for once). Sturgill's interview is questionable, same with Plunkett if on stage is any clue. Abbott as 1 RU was a fluke in 2015. Sleeper- Rebstock for Top 5- amazing stage presence. My Top 5: Renard, Smith, Carter (if talent is better), Karras and ? maybe Abott if she has more modern styling.
