There are two panels of judges. One for the sweeper, one for the open.

All contestants will interview with BOTH panels on Saturday.

On Sunday, all contestants will compete at 1 PM for the 3 Open titles.

Then, on Sunday at 5 PM, all remaining contestants who are eligible for Sweeper (previous titleholder, runner up named on stage this year... Including the Open runner up from earlier in the day) will compete for the remaining 3 titles.
