After being at competition both nights, I was really surprised to see in person some of these contestants being hyped here as "MA contender", "SS winner for sure", "fantastic unique talent", etc. The only ones that lived up to the hype were Paige and Janae. I was not surprised that Paige won SS for Alpha. Her presentation looked effortless on stage. Janae was lovely, and I was sad to not see her in the top 5. She still has a year or two of eligibility so maybe she'll be back.

The top 5 was mostly not my pick, but you could tell the judges went for talent an interview. After thinking about it for the weekend, I think the judges got it right.

It will be interesting to see how Lizzie stacks up at Miss A.
