The girl in question has a real shot at ANY local and will most likely be in the Top 5 or win the whole pageant in July. No matter what, she could move to a different local and blow most of those girls out of the water.

Your right, it's exactly why Sheri Backous changed her local rules to allow her to run again - so she has a chance at state. But honestly is that what we are all trying to promote?
