 I believe the required amount to give away 3 crowns is 12, and there are at least 10 qualified girls on the list including a few names not posted to the board (Vanessa Butler is competing as is Erica, former Miss Whatcom County). They are naming 10 runners up at the open which will give the non placers and new girls a great chance as well. I think the sweeper will be just fine.

What I think will happen, as they do every year, is name 10 runners up in total for all three titles. That would mean the 1st runner up would take over any of the three titles, not just a specific one. It would rank like this

Miss CB/E/R
1RU
2RU
3RU........
And so on. There would not be RUs for each title, rather runners up for all. If that makes sense.
