Just because Lauren placed high doesn't mean we should only talk about her victories. Kailee is OUR Miss Washington and won a state title that Lauren tried for years to achieve and never did....we should all be celebrating that our Kailee represented our state with class and beauty no matter the placements or the outcome. Other than Lauren's home town, there is no news media in the State of Washington saying anything about her. So get over it, unless you live in Grays Harbor you are not being bombarded with any local media coverage of any kind. Born and raised, served many times as a local titleholder, went to a wa state college, earned a degree here, competed for miss wa many times and so on and so on. Many of our girls and local volunteers know Lauren very very well FOR YEARS, we aint going to leave her out. Kailee is sweet, but her competition sucks, sorry.
