Miss Columbia Basin 2015 is Connie Morgan (Miss Grays Harbor 2014)
Miss Rainier 2015 is Lizzi Jackson (Miss Whatcom County 2014)

Oh, for sure! Megan was non finalist talent last year, Connie was top 10, and Lizzi won a really big award.
This year's competition will be amazing!
