Attention ALL goat tyers!!! I have asked Lynn Smith, 1998 National Collegiate Rodeo Association Goat Tying Champion and Central Wyoming College girls rodeo coach, to put on another one of her awesome clinics here at Stormy Gray Arena! This clinic will take place December 19th & 20th and would make a fantastic Christmas present.
I generally don't like to push anything but I have to say that Lynn will show you skills and drills that will ONLY improve upon what you already know. You will leave her clinic a more competitive goat tyer if you apply what you learn from her. Jessica Gray, for example, has only been tying goats for 3 years now. Kirsten McManus introduced her to goat tying and from there her love for the event grew! I picked up one of Lynn's videos and was so impressed that I immediately looked to see if she put on clinics. The nearest one was Martin, TN! Well off to Martin we went. It was an incredible clinic and money well spent! So many of us spend hundreds of dollars each rodeo weekend and in some rodeos...$70 an event. Why not use an awesome clinic like this to better your skills and be a sharper goat tyer! Please go visit her website at www.goattyer.com to sign up. I think she is still charging $250 a weekend. Also, please let me know if you can bring a goat. Thanks and I hope you can make it!
