I completely agree with your view about the second election. I think that the two candidates, Lula and Alckmin, have both good and bad things about them. Even though, I think Lula has really helped Brazil, he has also been involved in scandals. The second round of elections on October 29th will decide who the better candidate is. I hope that all of the voters will be well informed of their candidates and can come to a sound decision on who they believe should be the president of Brazil.
