Hello Eldin,
I agree with you when you say that at the age of 13 people are just too young to have sex. In my opinion a relationship based JUST on sex is doomed. The basis for a successful relationship is respect, and it is clear that the girl does not respect the guy's position of keeping his virginity.
In this case, I would give the same advice: Don't do it!
