I think that if your girlfriend is not able to respect your decision, she doesn't love you enough. Sex is an important discovery in our lives, but it should be done with a person who really cares about you.
Besides, in my opinion, you are too young to start your sex life, don't you think?
You should reflect about your feelings in relation of her. Do you really love a person that doesn't respect your choices?
Take your time and get your own decision.
