Online chatting is probably the most easiest way to communicate with friends, relatives, co-workers, etc. It is a very useful tool and very efficient too, but it can be very frustrating at times. Online chatting just doesn't convey simple expressions such as tone of voice or facial expressions. Thus, one might get the wrong idea of what is being said.
