Hi Teresa!

I completely agree with your advice. The girl should really try to have a serious talk with her mother and make sure she understands her feelings, without doing something as selfish as having a baby for the wrong reasons. However, it may sound strange but I don't believe every woman is born with the instincts of a mother, I believe some mothers are simply unprepared to raise children. In some cases children should look for external help, like a counselor. So, if the talk with her mother didn't work, I would advise the girl to look for someone else's help.
