THIS WILL BE THE NEWEST SELECTION OF OUR MISS EARTH 2006:

THE DELEGATES SHALL BE DIVIDED INTO FOUR (4) CONTINENTAL REGIONS: (1) AFRICA ; (2) AMERICA ; (3) ASIA AND OCEANIA ; (4) EUROPE.

EACH REGION SHALL HAVE TWO SEMIFINALISTS: ONE SHALL BE THE WORLDWIDE VOTING CHOICE AND THE OTHER ONE SHALLL BE CHOSEN BY THEIR CO-CONTINENTAL REGION FINALISTS.

THE OTHER SEMIFINALISTS SHALL BE CHOSEN FROM THE FAST TRACK EVENTS NAMELY: (1) BEST IN SWIMSUIT ; (2) BEST IN LONG GOWN ; (3) BEST IN TALENT ; (4) BEAUTY FOR A CAUSE ; (5) GANDANG RICKY REYES.

THE 17 CHOSEN SEMIFINALISTS SHALL COMPETE IN THE SWIMWEAR AND LONG GOWN COMPETITION CONTINENTALLY AND THE GIRL WHO SHALL HAVE THE HIGHEST COMBINED AVERAGE SCORES FROM THE TWO COMPETITIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED AS MISS EARTH 2006 CONTINENTAL AMBASSADORS.

THE MISS EARTH 2006 CONTINENTAL AMBASSADORS FROM AFRICA, AMERICA, ASIA AND OCEANIA AND EUROPE SHALL COMPETE IN THE FINAL QUESTION AND ANSWER AND THE LADY WHO WILL GET THE HIGHEST SCORE SHALL BE THE NEW MISS EARTH.
