according to an insider of miss universe organization here is the new judging system of miss universe 2007:

in the next season of miss u, there will be 24 semifinalists. each semifinalists will be judged through: size of tits, size of pussy and blowjob expertise. Mr. Dunald Trunk shall be the judge in that particular event. after that, he will choose only 12 to move on to the next round.
