I was just about to say that :)
No legit company in the states will ship over here, or anywhere else it's not legal. You can however find it on eBay (cheap, good selection!). And i'm fairly sure it's better to be found carrying pepper spray than, for example, an extendable kosh!
And if you used it to try and stop potential mugger or rapist, the chance of anything serious (law-wise) happening to you is slim.
And i'd rather be put away than raped anyway.
